Osteopathy is a science, philosophy and an art. Using gentle motion, I work with your body to facilitate its natural ability to heal itself.
Initial Consultation
A 50 minute session to get to know each other, discuss your treatment goals, and an initial assessment and treatment if appropriate.
Subsequent Treatment
Follow-up assessment and treatment. 20 minutes maximum.
Free Treatments for Youths
I am pleased to offer free treatment for youths between 10 and 17.
Planning Ahead
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing to your session.
Please refrain from any other hands-on therapies for three days before and after your appointment, including massage therapy, physiotherapy, chiropractic and acupuncture.

Emma Bergen is a certified Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. She graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2024 with a Masters of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences.
Natural Connective Osteopathy was born from the desire to understand the body and healing in a way that honoured all of its systems.
